TWe transformed a generic space into a profitable Andean refuge. Every square meter was optimized, integrating the central column and achieving an immersive, acoustically comfortable environment.

Translating Andean culture into a 70 m² space in Lima—overcoming poor acoustics and a central column—without adding walls that would shrink the area.

CHALLENGES

SOLUTIONS

We zoned the space using wooden ceilings inspired by Andean geometry. These visually define areas and eliminate echo. We complemented this with floor textures to guide circulation smoothly.

SOLUTIONS

Design and build a second location with a mezzanine in record time to offset high rental costs, integrating a prominent art piece without losing the original Andean identity.

We completed the project in just three weeks. We fused architectural design with a mural by the artist “Decertor.” We used dynamic ceilings to play with height and zoning, and installed a large central “skein” made of woven textiles, symbolizing the storage area as the heart of the space.

IMPACT

EWe delivered a fully operational venue in 21 days, enabling an immediate return on investment. The result is a natural evolution of the brand—creating a visually and culturally impactful space in the competitive Barranco district.

Integrate a restaurant quickly within an operating hotel in Cusco, without disturbing guests and while complying with the strict regulations of the historic center.

We carved arches with local stonemasons to dialogue with the original manor house. We designed modular furniture to adapt the space to multiple uses (buffet, events) and reused the client’s marble tables to reduce costs.

The intervention was agile and smoothly approved by heritage authorities. The restaurant reads as a natural extension of the house, and the modular design maximized the hotel’s efficiency and profitability.

SOLUTIONS

Expand the hotel into an adjacent lot within the historic center, managing complex municipal and heritage permits. The critical challenge was to carry out construction without halting hotel operations or affecting guests’ rest.

We led the entire administrative process and restored the heritage façade of the manor house. We implemented a rigorous noise-control strategy and delivered luxury rooms that meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.

We achieved a seamless expansion while the hotel remained fully operational, avoiding losses from closure. The property increased its capacity and commercial value, establishing itself as a luxury benchmark that respects Cusco’s architectural legacy.
